No. Towaka works exclusively with travel professionals and selected B2B partners. For journeys arranged through a professional partner, we support the agreed Japan-side design and delivery while respecting the partner's client relationship.

How early should we contact Towaka?

As early as useful. Earlier contact creates more room for thoughtful choices, but a complete itinerary is not required. If travel is closer, we will assess what is realistically possible.

How are proposals and pricing developed?

Proposals are developed around the agreed brief, scope and operating conditions rather than a fixed package. Where appropriate, Towaka works on a B2B / net-rate basis.

Can Towaka support co-developed Japan programmes?

Yes. Towaka can develop or refine Japan programmes around a market, audience, season, purpose or existing product. These are shaped collaboratively rather than offered as fixed packages.
